TVN Builders Acaddemy was founded with one clear purpose: To support aspiring building and construction professionals—especially from multicultural backgrounds—on their journey to success in the Australian building industry.
We provide Australian-standard education, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to builders, building inspectors, surveyors, and migrated or graduated Civil/Structural Engineers. Our specialty? Helping individuals confidently pass the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) interview and secure their Domestic Builder’s License without confusion or unnecessary hurdles.
Our Story is built on real struggles. Like many of you, we started from scratch—with no roadmap and little support. We’ve faced long drives, lonely sacrifices, and the challenge of navigating a complex system on our own. But those challenges shaped us—and inspired us to make the path smoother for others. From moving across Victoria with our young family, to investing countless hours in mastering the Building Codes, we’ve lived it so you don’t have to.
